What is the minimum passenger requirement?
Per our business policy, booking rates are calculated based on a minimum passenger group size of 3 passengers. You can still book for fewer people, but the minimum calculated rate will be for 3 passengers.
Does location affect the price of the booking?
No. The pickup location does not impact pricing. Rates are calculated purely based on the selected vehicle's hourly rate per person, the number of passengers, and the tour duration.
What is your refund policy?
Bookings can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for no-shows.
How are custom quotes handled?
For multi-day tours, special event transportation, or groups larger than 14, please fill out our 'Request a Quote' form. Our admin team will review your requests and follow up via email with a custom quote.
